Recovery Week

    Hi Fellow Cathletes!

    I'm doing STS again, the first time in a couple of years. What is everyone's favorite activities and/or DVDs to use during the recovery weeks?

    Afterburn, Turbo Barre, Yoga Max, Tabata from CF and TTM, and Slide & Glide!!!

    Walking, yoga, all forms of cardio: hiit, steady-state, intervals.

    I'm trying to lose weight, and also liked the fact I didnt need to lift weights:) so I did Imax3, Athletic Step, Cross Fire today - yikes! LIC LIS (all step!)
    Anything cardio!! Tomorrow, I may need to lay on my floor and pass out!

    I would say do whatever feels good. I'm looking forward to hitting STS Meso #2 in a few days! I figure when that's done, I might skip Meso 3 or inter-mix it with X-Train!:confused:
