If I order more than 3 downloads do I get the 5% off plus the 20% off for the SAVE20 discount code? My shopping cart shows only the 20% discount after putting in the code SAVE20.

no, you can't combine offers. You can either use the discount coupon or take advantage of the quantity discounts, but not both.
