Does anyone know the bar weight with the plates that cathe uses in this series?
for Back,biceps and abs, what weight does she use for T-bar row warm up? and what weight does she used for T-bar rows after she increases weight? and for bench press? I now the bar is a 15lb bar but can't figure out the plate weights. Thank you so much =)
