Hi Guys,
I'm in the 3rd Mesocycle of Sts and I am definitely seeing muscle. I am finishing up 5 months of Sts. Here's my dilemma, I still have more fat to burn off in order to see these muscles better. I kind of want to do another round of Sts but did any of you see more muscle definition with a rotation mix of Sts and another program, or was Sts with the cardio enough?

Thanks, so do you believe I should combine the two or that my next program should just focus on the Ripped with Hiit alone?

I'd do RWH alone. The 1 month scrambled rotation is a butt kicker!!!
 
I'm starting my 2nd week and I have to say it is definitely challenging but the workouts go at such a pace that before you realize it, it's over, which is a relief:)
