Modification comment

Cathe,
Just a quick word to tell you FIRST how AWSOME you are. Love everything you do. You are an inspiration and I've been training "with you" for many years now.
I really enjoy the modifiers that you've started including in the past series. Being now in my sixties I can still follow you weight wise but my knees can't take the high impact anymore. It doesn't have to be one of your crew member as in the ICE series but just like you did in STONG & SWEATY.
Thank you so much for your dedication to the fitness world.
 
I second your comment and hope that she shows modifications in the cardio portions of the new workouts.
I need modifications too, most of the time, and using those when I need to, makes the workouts so much more
Fun now! I applaud everyone who doesn't need modifications, but some of us do. :)
 
I "third" the comment! I have worked out with Cathe since the days of Fit TV. Back then, I didn't give my knees or joints a second thought. But now, several years and several injuries later ( :(:eek:) it is great to have other options. Thank you, Cathe!!
