Low Impact HIIT One & Two

Hi there is there a recommended workout schedule for this DVD that anyone can point me to?
It's part of Ripped with HiiT so I'm guessing that the entire rotation in workout manager is all you would get. Generally it's recommended you do HiiT workouts no more than twice per week.
 
On pages 7-13 of the Ripped With Hiit Users Guide Cathe provides several rotation options that all include Low Impact Hiit One and Two.

I agree with jcm that a couple of times per week will do it. On the other days you work out you may want to schedule in upper and lower body strength training and perhaps some steady state cardio (kickbox, spin or step), ab work (2-3 times per week) and some yoga or relaxing stretch time. The number of days per week that you do weight training and cardio will vary depending on your goals, but at least one day for each is good for a well rounded weekly program.
