I have no problem streaming I've workouts and playing them On demand. Whenever I try to play the downloaded or blended videos they pause and mute often.
That's probably because the OnDemand and Workout Blender videos are a higher quality than Cathe Live. On the OnDemand player you can select a lower quality setting that may help you. You should also do a speed test at a site like http://beta.speedtest.net/ to see what your download speed is. Nearly all stalls and stutters are the result of a low speed internet connection. Other causes can include a router that needs to be rebooted, outdated wireless and or a computer that has performance issues. I suggest running a speed test as I mentioned earlier and then report the results back here.
