L.I.T.E.--Another homerun, Cathe!

Yeah, by previewing the dvds, I have already written out a workout for the
Blender! It's gonna be L.I.T.E. Step Bootcamp, 4 rounds, step, lower body, upper
Body, and metabolic. I have segments ready from about 4 or 5 of the workouts.
Just waiting...bring 'em on!
 
I've already got a LITE/ICE workout blender mix in mind too: An IMAX-y combination of 8 step intervals, 4 from the Cardio Party Calorie Crush, and 4 using ICE Low Impact Sweat. Can't wait! :)
