Attention Cathe Live subscribers: Thursday, January 26th at 9:15am EST we'll be doing "Strong & Lean Reps" live. This high rep, moderate to heavy total body weight workout will hit all major muscle groups from head to toe.

Equipment Needed:

Various weighted dumbbells

A full sized step (for weight training bench only, no cardio)

A barbell with a small, medium & large plate on each side. For the warm up just have a medium and small plate on each side of the barbell
