Attention Cathe Live subscribers: Thursday, January 12th at 9:15am EST we'll be doing "Kick & Punch Cardio" live. This high energy workout will be a mixture of boxing, kickboxing, heavy bag & cardio all randomly rolled up in one.

Equipment Needed:

Boxing gloves (optional unless using heavy bag during a portion of class)
