I'd like to see

Nice ideas rhbrand.
I read a couple of great ideas somewhere in this Forum that suggested adapting STS to make it shorter if needed - split up body parts so only one or two body parts are covered per day (rather than the typical 3) or to do fewer sets, fast forwarding through some if time does not allow for a full hour. Of course the results will not be quite as dramatic, but having fun with a 45 minute workout is better than no workout. Whatever keeps you motivated!
 
Would love to see Cathe do a Bosu work out as well !
Gym styles or Pure Strength and Slow and Heavy weight splits would be awesome too ! :)
 
Nowadays, I've learned to modify all my Cathe's, if I don't want cardio I either skip or do something else. If I can't do the squats and lunges, I do leg lifts.
There is not a single Cathe with which I would sell or part!

I have had to modify, not do , and rediscover, many of my Cathe disks over the last few years. Having injuries and Other issues open your eyes and your mind to a whole new world ! I would Never part or sell a Cathe either, my favorite thing a Step Max Cathe signed for me :) on a old video tape :D
