ICE BOOT CAMP

I can never match all Cathe' s weights for upper body in the more advanced boot camps but this one I can match them all. You can just increase your weights. For the cardio portion, I use 3 risers for the whole workout. I really like this one.
 
This is my favorite Boot Camp from Cathe. Moves along very fast, and easy to increase weights or change it up.
 
I'm hoping this comes up on the daily deal before the pre-sale ends so i can add this when i order the new series. Is it set up like the strong and sweaty bootcamp with a cardio, leg, upper/ lower complex, then upper body exercise for each sequence?
 
Speaking of her ice series I just ordered low impact sweat I loved the preview and the music and I'm sure i can make it as intense as I want it!
