I need Cathe DVD Worksheets

I have been doing Cathe's rotations for a few months now and have dozens of her dvds and have managed to get a lot of the dvd worksheets for a lot of the dvds, however, since I'm expanding my Cathe library, there are still many worksheets I don't have. I have a list below of the dvds I have which I need workouts for. If anyone knows where I can get the worksheets it would really help me to keep track of my progress.
