having a problem with CTX all step

hi cathe,

i purchased your CTX series a couple of months ago and am very happy with my purchase except for one thing--the all step workout doesnt play. last night i tried to do 'all step' for the first time (i saved it for last bc i thought the choreography would be the trickiest) and it comes up on the menu screen with the other three workouts on that disc but when i click on 'play', nothing happens. the dvd just freezes. i have to hit 'stop' and 'menu' again. i tried several times and then again this morning but it still wasnt working. everything else works on both discs. what should i do?

I had this problem too. I cleaned my DVD player a couple of times, now it works. I used a basic CD/DVD cleaner from a department store. I kept getting "disc error" or it was freezing too. Hope it works for you.
