GETTING IT DONE January 2016 - January 2020

Hey girls,

I did LS Start! Walking At Home with Leslie Sansone: Beginner/Intermediate - 1 Mile Walk + Kathy Smith Project:YOU! Fat Burning Long Lean. I also did Jessica Smith 28 Minute Total Body Abs Transformer +4 Minute Tabata (Cardio Abs). That's it for me today.


Sherry and Heidi - hope you have a great workout today.

Yes, back at it today. In between laundry and house cleaning, I took the dog for a walk, got in a short, easy run, and finished with STS ExStretch. Now to run some errands and take more photos - don't like all that I took yesterday, so need a few more for class tomorrow.

Belinda - Like how you are easing back into wo's - quite a bit of walking, eh? ;)

Today I did Kathy Smith Project You: Upper body/core. Not bad for a 30 min workout. I also did JS
40 Minute Power Walk(Walking for Weight Loss) plus 30 min lower body pilates.

Heidi - (((HUGS))) I am so sorry to hear about your brother inlaw and aunt. My mom passed away with pancreatic cancer :( My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Please take care of yourself. If you need anything I am here for you.

To celebrate this heart day, I went up and down the stairs for 25 min and DH did a 5 mile run. He also took the dog for a walk so I could get in STS D1 and med ball abs. Not sure if I'm doing the whole thing yet, but wanted some progressive weight work.

Belinda - I've thought about getting the Kathy Smith set for my mom sometimes, but on a BB sale. You'll need to let me know what you think of the whole thing.

Heidi - So sorry about all going on in your family. (((Hugs))) Ditto for taking care of yourself.

Spending the rest of the evening with DH. Hope you are enjoying yours.

JS Pilates = 30 min + 20 Minute Sole Sculpt +20 Minute Core Stretch (Total Body Balance) + Kathy Smith Project YOU: Fat Burning Steady Strike: Part 1 + Part 2 = 60 min. I had a lot of energy today day, lol.

Sherry - the Project You I have is an older one, that one is out of print I believe. Is really good. You may be lucky finding a set used. The one that BB is selling, is different. You can contact Mary and ask her. Nice job on D1. Did you start STS over?

Kept with the STS theme - D3 legs tonight followed by 100 hip thrust challenge. Still haven't decided if I'm all in, but maybe for M1, then we'll see.

Belinda - Yes, you did have a lot of energy today! Cooped up inside too long? Cold, windy and snow showers here, so no desire to get outside more than absolutely necessary. Dog doesn't quite get it, though. It was the BB one that I guess I was thinking about. Haven't looked to see if they still have it.

That's it for today. Resting now. That leg wo worked me hard. Hope you are having a good one.

Sherry - nice job on D3 last night. Yeah, I was cooped up inside too long :) This weather is driving me nuts. Today it's freezing cold outside and tomorrow it's in the 70's, WTH? Maybe you can try it first before you buy? BB on Demand is offering 30 day free trial. I don't know if they have the older version off Project you. Amazon had the used set for only $14 :) I payed a lot more for mine a few years ago.

We went hiking at the e Shenandoah River, it was a beautiful day. We walked for a few hours, I ended up with 24K.

Hiking into the wild for the day!. Three mountain tops along the Appalachian Trail complete! That was a tough hike :( Weather was beautiful, perfect for hiking.

Hi all!

Didn't realize that I didn't log in yesterday. Yesterday I did a short run and a couple dog walks because the weather was absolutely wonderful.

Today I did Edge Booty Extreme 2 (EBE2) Weighted Legs. A few of those moves hit the glutes good.

Belinda - I love hiking on the Appalachian Trail. Done parts of it a few times - mostly near the Smokies. Sounds like it was wonderful.

Tomorrow night is class, so it's a rest day. See you at the gym on Tuesday.

Not getting it done here. Last workout was on Tues with PUB Bonus WO

Yesterday I did a 2.70 walk on the TM. Ifit WO Grand Canyon Trail. Nice views! One of these days..... ;)

Busy with work and lots of catching up to do around here. Running back and forth to see my Aunt in the hospital. She finally was released
Friday and will see a specialist next I guess.

Trying to start a new rotation with SS and LIS. Will see..... Today is Athletic Training. Wish me luck!

I start carring for my Grandson March 1st! EEK! So much going on I just don't know how I will handle it all. House, work, Grandson
and all the other chores I have to do. Wish me luck with it all as well! Thank you! ♥

Today I took it easy :) I did Kathy Smith Project YOU: Foundation + Jessica Smith Walk On: Metabolism Booster Workout #1: Upper Body Circuit Walk = 35 Minutes. We also walked the dogs.

Sherry - We live near all those mountains and trails:) I wasn't prepared to go for a long hike, lol. Next time I need to wear hiking boots. Sneakers isn't a good idea. It was beautiful. Lots of people went hiking. My DD wants to go hiking every time she come. I guess, we will explore more of the Appalachian Trail.

Heidi - how long do you have to take care of your grandson? I am sure, everything will fall into it's place. Just take it easy and hang in there! Good job with your workout/rotation.

Hi all!

I had plan to wo tonight, but then I jammed a finger nail and it bent backwards and started to tear at the corners, so after work I made an emergency trip to the nail place to get it repaired. It still hurts a bit, but at least it won't tear more and then hurt more. Decided to make this another rest day.

Glutes and hams taking to me lots yesterday - EBE2 got them good. A bit quieter today, so recovery is happening quick.

Heidi - You got this! yes, you do have a lot going on. How about doing just timesaver premixes? I've done that 3-4 days/week when in a crunch and something is better than nothing.

Belinda - Yes, you need a good pair of boots, and socks! And maybe a day trip backpack, and bear spray. Last time we were in the Smokies (2-3 years ago?), we did see a bear on the trail. Kind of scary. Oh, and a good camera because the views are stunning!

Intensity DVD premix # 5. Timesaver - Step + HiiT (High) 46:26 and Jessica Smith Walk On: Metabolism Booster: Workout #2: Lower Body Circuit Walk [35 Minutes] is done.

Sherry - I do have hiking boots and socks :) We didn't know we ended up hiking, lol. Lessons learned. I will put my hiking boots in the car from now on, you never know :) I do need to get bear spray. I always have my iPhone with me, no need for a camera. Good job yesterday.

Hi all!

30 minutes of climbing stairs tonight. Wanted to do an UB wo also, but worked a long day, so only time for dog walk and stair climb. Very proud of myself that I didn't indulge in "bad" food after my stressful day.

Belinda - Nice mix of hi/lo intensity today. Sounds like you do always need to be prepared for a hike where you live. Enjoy it!
