Generic Rock Bottom Rotation

While waiting for Cathe to update her winning Rock Bottom Rotation with the new series (see Ask Cathe thread), here's a generic rotation where you can fit in the workouts you own that fit each target. I'm having a lot of fun with it - never get bored as I fit in different workouts each week. If you haven't seen Cathe's Bonus Butt Workout (BBW), here's a link to it:

Monday - Hiit Cardio, Core, Cathe's Bonus Butt Workout (BBW)
Tuesday - Lower Body (Step or Spin cardio later in day if time and energy)
Wednesday - Upper Body (all 5 muscle groups), Core
Thursday - Contrast Training Lower Body (Step or Spin cardio later in day if time and energy)
Friday - Kickbox, Walking Lunges (lots!)
Saturday -Bootcamp, BBW
Sunday - Yoga
