Hi Nora, gosh girl, that's alot of miles & calories burned...WTG!!!

I did another little blender workout tonight, a Metabolic Workout, it was short....but Thursday might turn out
to be a rest day.....we shall see......we are supposed to get more snow junk tonight/tomorrow...not looking
forward to it at all....Take care.....

Hi Nora, yes, I had "shovel max" yesterday, we had more sleet, ice than snow....I still haven't been able to
get my windshield wipers unfrozen yet !

Friday workouts for me:

Jessica's 10 min. Abs & Arms Walk ( on her 10 min. Quick Walks dvd, I used my egg weights)
Blender - "Quick Fix Biceps add-on"

I have made alot of short blender add-on workouts here lately, and I'm liking them... :) basically with no
warmups, but I am using them with shorter cardio warmups or workouts, like doing Jessica's short
walk then adding on a Cathe blender workout, or using a Peloton tread or bike warmup then adding
on a blender add-on.... It's working good..

Hi Nora, well, I should have done housecleaning today, but wasn't in the mood.
I found out last night that one of my brothers, Bobby, has pancreatic cancer and
It's not good. I am numb.... please say a prayer for him, for comfort & peace.
