Attention Cathe Live subscribers: Thursday Feb 7, 2019 at 9:15 am EST we’ll be doing “Leg Day” LIVE!! A solid lower body strength workout that keeps your heart rate up while keeping your leg muscles on fiyah .

Equipment Needed:

A variety of weighted dumbbells (I’ll be using 10, 12, & 15 pound range...if at home you typically use 20 pounds or higher for squats and deadlifts please have that dumbbell weight ready to use)

A high step platform with three risers underneath (however a full sized step with three risers underneath each side works too)
