No I am talking about this one below. It has an added leg conditioning drill --- Standing leg drill
with the tower. It is really fun @ChelePA probably know what I am referring too. I love it.

ETA: The ICE Circuit = Chiseled LBB which is not the original LBB

That is awesome I find in every workout I have to stop short about 3 reps here and there. I can't seem to do every one on the whole DVDs lol I hope I can one dayb
