De-Bulking my Legs

Hi Everyone
So Ive bulked up a little too much with my legs. Some of my pants are just too tight now in the thighs. How do I think out my legs the best way? Stop working legs? Stick to cardio? Use Cathe's Leaner legs workout and maybe one of the STS "weightless" leg versions? Kickbox? Barre?
Do I work legs specifically once a week? Twice? None?
Help! Need to thin them back down but leave the rest :)

For me, I found that lighter weighted workouts like Lowerbody Blast or XTRAIN Legs once a week then an additional Barre worked best for my legs.

My legs are leanest when I do 1 endurance leg day + 1 or 2 total body weight or circuit days per week (if I only do 1 day of total body/circuit, then I spend another day just doing upper body weights so I'm doing resistance training 3x/week). For the endurance-style workouts--think STS Meso 1 leg workouts, XTrain legs, Lower Body Blast, LL&A, B&G, Great Glutes, etc. Then 1 or 2 days each week a total Body like Muscle Max or a circuit like HSTA. The other 2-3 days are cardio and/or yoga. Then a rest day with stretching.

Thanks, Lisa. This is awesome. I'm putting together a rotation with this format! What is HSTA? Would you consider kettle bells a total body day or a cardio?

For me HiiT and plyometric type workouts have helped lean out my legs. My legs aren't great, but they are better than they've ever been before. Even got compliments on them "looking muscular". Of course cleaner eating is also key. I say cleaner, because I refuse to give up my treats :p

Liz, someone else already addressed your HSTA question, so in terms of KBs I must admit complete ignorance because I do not own a single KB workout right now--although I did pre-order KCM's upcoming KB workout to test the waters. Based on video clips that I've seen, I would probably categorize KBs as more of a circuit style workout since it looks like there is a toning effect mixed with a cardio effect. But, again, take that for what it's worth coming from a person who has never performed a KB workout! :p
