Hi Everyone,

Today I did a 50 minute Elements Flow yoga workout.

Lisa - the sun finally came out yesterday too. It's gonna get warm as the week progresses. hello birkenstocks! and, I have painted toes.

Annette - what do yo do for stretching? yoga? long stretch workouts?

Hi ladies,

Today I stayed home and did my own Kickbox fun with add Ons 2 which was 47 minutes.

Then I did part of a Popsugar dance routine on YouTube. My arm was screaming after the kickboxing so I didn't have much in me left.

All my workouts that I teach have longish warm up stretches and cooldown stretches at the end. I am very flexible so it takes a lot for me to feel stretched out. I do own some pilates DVDs that I do on occasion. I am constantly stretching all day long but technically I don't do full long stretch workouts and I don't do yoga.

I need to find a track to walk on since the concrete sidewalks really do a number on my shins.

Youngest son has strep with hives but no sore throat so he is off work until the antibiotic kicks in and he is no longer contagious.

I have Easter program practice tonight.
