Last night: Low Impact Circuit (minus abs)

Good morning Cathy and all who follow,

Already up and finished with my workout today. Cardio day on the rotation, so I did Christi's Still Steppin and BM 2 abs. I hadn't done that workout in a long time, what fun! I needed that.

Errandmax, and bowlingmax on the agenda today. Have a good one!

Today is a rest day on the rotation. I'm going to take it... I have sooo much to do today. My house is calling me to clean it! I've let it go this week.

BTW... slept 10 1/2 hours last night. I'm caught up and feel a lot better!
