Hi ladies,

Today I taught my boxing circuit workout to 5 ladies for 50 minutes.

Then I did about 40 minutes of weight work including abs and floorwork legs.

Hot out there today.

Stay cool[emoji41] and Henriette take care of your back.

I tried the barbell today but didn't do so hot so more rest for the arm, sigh [emoji54]

I'm here!! I had an unexpected rest day today. I wasted too much time putzing around and simply ran out of time. Rest that shoulder, upper body!! Mine be hurts right now from all the painting. I know how you feel, somewhat. Cathes coming out with a new series!! Did we all see that? I hope everyone is ok! Have a nice evening ladies.
