Hi Everyone,

I took a rest day today and just stretched instead. My body is very sore from this week's weight training. I couldn't even must up cardio today. I will be back at it tomorrow. have a great day!
 
Hi ladies

Yesterday was Butts and Guts Live and today was Hearts on Fire Live. It was OK not my favorite workout.

Hi ladies,

Today I taught my Interval 2 workout to 7 ladies for an hour.

Then I did 12 minutes on the stair machine and then 45 minutes on the elliptical machine.

I am beat!!
