Hi ladies!

Today I did Cathe Live Total Body Barbell Burn - yowsa!! I wanted to burn my legs a bit more so I added the barre bonus from Lower Body Blast. Glutes are officially toast!

Today I did Build: Chest & Tri's. Had a great workout. I thought I had one more week with Build but I should have started the Bulk phase this week. Oh well, I like Build. This was fun and I went up in weight on some exercises.

Today at lunch I did Walk 4 from The Biggest Loser Power Walk on YouTube; after work I did Cathe Live Cardio Band Blast with Weights and Stretch Max with the resistance band. Such a great stretch!

Today at lunch I did a 1-mile walk wth Denise Austin on YouTube; after work I did Cathe Live Lift It HiiT Legs and the barre bonus and stretch from XTrain Legs. My legs are cooked!

Everyone is rocking it this week! Great job!
 
Today I did Cardio Coach 1 and then did abs from SJ&P. Had an ok workout. Woke up with a headache so didn't feel like doing much.

Workout was 36 minutes, ran 2.41 miles, burned 255 calories (TM said 331) and went 4980 steps.

Waiting to get picked up to go to a conference so no time for personals. Nice workouts yesterday everyone and have great workouts today!!!

I started vacation today with StudioSweat Spin January 1 2015 w/Brooke an then got my nails dipped. It's cold here again we wanted to spend time at the lake this week but weather is not cooperating.

Debbie-good job today. I have had a headache the last two days thinking it must be the weather.
