Awhile ago I wrote here and asked you how to get my arms leaner and not so bulky. You replied personally (which blew me away!) and suggested adding some low weight,high rep workouts and adding a cardio day. Well that's what I did and my arms look great! They leaned out and yet still retained some definition. I should be getting your kickboxing tape soon and hopefully that will also help with my high rep arm workouts and get cardio in at the same time. THANK YOU SO MUCH CATHE! Oh, I had also mentioned that I was going to be running my first 5K and you encouraged me. Well I did and found out that I could do it, but it was no big deal for me. It was kind of like "Oh I'm on my regular run and all these people are running at the same time. How nice!" I really DON'T have a competitive bone in my body! But I'm glad I did it because now I know that much more about myself.
