Hey does anyone know how popular Brenda Frambe's is?
...I recently purchased a Troy Jacobson 'Spinnervals" DVD and our "Girl" Brenda was in it! Looking amazing and as always working hard and great at giving demo's.
Then looking around his site www.coachtroy.com I found and listened to a pod cast from Brenda talking about her injury.
Did you know she broke her hip and didn't know it until she was participating in an IRON MAN race???
She's awesome...she is on the road to recovery.
I was deeply impressed by her commitment and I loved running into her again in a series of DVD's that I use to cross train.
Go Brenda! Get well soon and thanks for being a cool example of health and endurance.
