All LITE Pre-Order DVDs Have Shipped and LITE is Now in Stock!

We shipped all LITE pre-orders on Jan 10th and many of you who live in the USA have already received your DVDs. Most west coast USPS customers should receive their orders today. If you live outside of the USA you can expect to receive your order in about two to three weeks from now. When Will LITE Be Available on Ca the OnDemand?
We've spent the last several weeks working on the data entry and code necessary to make the new LITE workouts and premixes work on Cathe OnDemand and the Workout Blender. This work is now finished and we're now working on implementing the final steps necessary to launch the new workouts on Cathe OnDemand. We plan on launching LITE this week on Cathe OnDemand, but we may need several days after the launch to correct any issues we find. LITE Video Reviews
Many of you have already started posting reviews about the various LITE videos and we're are very thankful to you for doing so. Reviews from customers are a great way for other Cathletes to learn whether or not a video is right for them and your reviews are greatly appreciated.
In addition to posting your reviews on our social media sites, we also hope that many of you will also post reviews on our shop.cathe.com website. We will soon be sending many of you an email through Trustspot (a third party review verification site) asking what you think about the new LITE workouts. When Will the Lite User's Guide Be Available Online?
The LITE User's Guide will be made available shortly after we launch the LITE workouts on Cathe OnDemand. We will update you on our social media sites when the guide is available. If you're planning on printing the guide we suggest waiting a week so that we can correct any mistakes we find or others report.
