Agility Series

I also thought about an agility series similar to Drill Max. I just saw a commercial with Serena Williams in it and she was doing some kind of agility drills for it and I though it would be cool to have something like that as well.

I, too, would really dig an agility (and balance) workout.
I'm wondering, though, don't they require a great deal of floor space? If working out inside that is.

Balance moves used to be easy, now I find they are taking a lot more work Lol !

Yes, please! There's a lot of agility in Cathe's workouts, but I am intrigued by the agility workouts football players do, and balance challenges. It might be hard to fit into a living room space with furniture though!
