Admin: Confirmation email with pre-order of new DVD's?

Hi fox2star, Yes, we did receive your pre-order. So, you're good. As for your response you received from your ISP, the only thing they probably did was check your webmail to make sure you didn't have our account blocked. That's not probably where the problem is. They need to dig deeper and check to see if they're blocking the email before it gets to your mailbox. Usually level 1 support doesn't do this and it can take some work to get them to help you .... It's easier sometimes to just use another email address.
 
Thanks, at least I know that my pre-order was received. I will go back to them and see if they will look further for the issue.
