12-lb dumbbells

Does anyone know where you can get 12-lb dumbbells? We have a Sports Authority in town and they look at me like i have something hanging out of my nose when I asked for 12-lb....

I've been making do by holding my 10-lbs plus a 2-lb, but I rather get the real thing.

Can you imagine a shipping charge if UPS delivered them? ? ? ? ?

Jeesh, I see them all around. Omega Sports. Play it Again Sports. Dicks Sporting Goods. Those hammertone dumbells are not too rare around here. I don't know where you can order them from online or anything. I guess if you just can't find them locally, I can buy them for you and you can pay me.

I got my neoprene coated, 12 lb. dumbbells at Target.

www.fitness1st.com has 12 lb dumbells (neoprene coated - $21 pr and regular hex - $15 pr). You have to call them to get a quote on the shipping. I ordered my Troy barbell from them which weigh 40 lbs and shipping was about $12. Good Luck.

This is where I got my 12 lb neoprene dumbells as well. When I was ready for heavier ones, the only place I could find the neoprene coated ones was "Galyan's". I bought a set of 15 lb'ers for $29.00.
