Hi all - Started the thread cause I didnt see one yet. Friday is my weigh in and I was down 1 lb for the week! My food was good and didnt do as much for workouts as I would have liked - but did get in 3 good bike rides and PUB weights. My goal for this weekend is to keep the food in check and drinks to a minimum. Will be tough with a lot of football tailgaiting - but I am liking that I am down 6.5 lbs in 3 weeks. This 10lb challenge just came along at the right time for me to have someplace to be accountable. Hows your Friday??
