    Are the weight workouts as challenging as the original weight workouts and because it's a shorter time, do you still feel as though your getting a good workout? I love the idea that it is a shorter workout? Thanks

    Okay, I know this is getting a bit ridiculous but, if you go heavy with the circuit training, do you always keep your reps in the 8-10 range? I know sometimes Cathe can go up to 12 reps in a set.
