    Fit Tower™ Project Update - 6-12-14

Exciting! Will the dvds, even if ordered as a bundle, come in separate dvd cases? I love the covers :)

Announcing Cathe's New Advanced Fit Tower DVDs!

I'm sure this is posted somewhere, but I can't find it! I'm interested in the new workouts, which makes me interested in the FitTower. What are the dimensions of the *assembled* tower? Is it easy to take the bottom piece off to move it from room to room? Thanks!

Any core routines in the Strong and Sweaty series?

I would love to see some lower body only or lower body focused premixes. I love the premixes in the original bootcamp, and would like to see the same kind of premixes in this bootcamp :) Looking forward to this set!

Has anyone tried the Plyo 1 and 2 Scramble premixes?

I'm curious about these premixes since they are only 27 minutes. Do they each have half of the intervals from each Plyo? TIA!

Low Impact HiiT One - Time Breakdown

I like Jai's outfit -- what brand and style of top and pants are these? TIA! Of course, I am going to put in another suggestion for a long premix with both low impact workouts....

HiiT Circuit Lower Body Time Breakdown

These look great -- will there be a long premix with both lower body workouts? I am so glad to hear that there will be some longer premixes, and I am hoping lower body will be one of them ;)!!

    About Plyo HiiT Two

Great news! Will there be longer premixes, for instance workouts that combine the two Hiit cardio workouts for one long Hiit?

    About Plyo HiiT Two

I'm really looking forward to these--the STS Cardio Hiit set is one of my most used dvds! Cathe/SNM, I hope you offer premixes that allow us to combine 2 Hiit workouts :) PS--set and crew look great.

    Cathe's Greatest Hits?

I realize I've already chimed in a couple of times, but I have another idea that combines low impact and super high intensity! Lately, I've been stringing together Cathe's toughest plank based gliding moves, and I realize the plank based moves (eg. mtn climbers, leg cross unders, pikes) get my...

Does anyone wear Mizunos for step and high impact?

I also go between a 6 1/2 and 7, and I found the 7 in this shoe to be too large and too wide for me. I ordered from Onlineshoes, and they allow for free exchanges (although you have to pay postage if you just return without an exchange). Others have ordered from Zappos, and Zappos allows you...

Does anyone wear Mizunos for step and high impact?

I wanted to check back in and say I did try the Asics Gel Intensity 2 again, a half size smaller, and I love them! They passed the Imax 3 (for impact) and Horizontal Conditioning (for lateral support) tests. Thank you to all of you, in various posts, who recommended these.

    How about a sequel series?

I "second" the request for Hiit2 -- I would even love it to be in the 40/20; 30/30; DWP form again. Also PUB and PLB. Other sequels I'd love to have: HSTA2 Body Max 3 Tabatacise 2 And, my broken record request, Imax4 :)

    Question about the X10 workout

I'm glad to hear there will be high impact as well as low impact. I really love the low impact floor segment from XTrain Hiit (IMHO that floor section is the best low impact routine out there, and I would welcome more like it!), but the Hiit workouts from Shock Cardio are among my absolute...

    Horizontal Conditioning

I'm another fan of Horizontal Conditioning. Of the 2011 Hardcores, I love July and October the most--lots of walking planks with feet on discs!
