    Are the shoes Cathe is wearing in the X-Train and Low Impact series all Ryka? There is a pair that have a blue strip along the bottom and also a pair that has pink highlights - I don't see them on the Ryka website.

    I've been working out by 4:00 AM for a long time now - started when my kids were babies and now they are grown and on their own. I love getting done in the morning and having the rest of the afternoon (after work) for whatever (used to be going to kids games, etc.) but now for me.

    Cardio Coach V7!!!

    cardio coach We have a spin bike in our basement gym and I do Cardio Coach on that - just like the spin classes I used to go to before my gym closed. I also will do a different volume on the treadmill after the bike to take advantage of the running sprints (yikes). I love Cardio Coach!
