    digital food scale/heart rate monitor

    I've been using an old style one for years, and hubby just bought me a new digital one for my birthday last week.....I LOVE IT!!! I track my eating through My Fitness Pal, and this digital scale makes staying aware of what exactly I'm taking in so easy. :)
