    Cathe (or educated crowd) need one more inch off hips

    Run. Nothing gets rid of bulges faster than running for me. I literally can see those horrid little lovehandles start to disappear when I increase mileage. Better yet for the butt is walking on an incline on a treadmill. Plus some legpress/step ups and squats.

It has taken about 4 months of no upper body weight training to go back to normal and I've got to tell you...fat over the trapezius and a strappy black dress do not go well...
