    Asylum: How much jump roping?

Hello, For those of you who have done the Asylum dvd's - how much jump roping is involved? I love to jump rope at my local gym and wish I could do it in my home workout space but the low ceilings prevent me from doing so. So, just wondering on how much I'll be missing out on by just...

What in the he_ _ is wrong with people!!!

Horrified!!! I am horrified...completely horrified. The only way I can come to grips with this is to know, in my heart that these miserable excuses for human beings will be punished either in this life or the next. Animal abuse, IMO, is one of the purest forms of evil that exists...

Any others (like me) still no e-mail?

Nope...no email confirmation for me yet either. And yes, I checked my junk mail and spam filter too. My printed invoice #44 still proves to me that I'm in but I would just like that email as confirmation of course. Keeping my fingers crossed too for all of us who are still hanging... Lisa

    TLT Equipment Question

Hi Kathryn, I don't currently have an area rug in my workout area (the basement) but could certainly borrow one from the living room or even the bathroom. I am especially hoping I can create a surface slippery enough to properly do the mountain climber and push up moves. I think I could...

    TLT equipment advice

Hi Melody... Almost missed your post, we must have been typing at the same time. Your idea sounds great too...I might check that out first. I like the idea of it velcro-ing to my foot/hand. That way I avoid the problem of losing my grip on the slider halfway through the sequence of...

    TLT equipment advice

I recently received all four of the TLT DVD's and have done all of them as of yesterday. I like them but am having trouble with the moves using rags/paper plates. I exercise on puzzle flooring and neither the rags nor the paper plates are slippery enough for me to do the moves correctly...

Hey Wendy and Debbie... Wendy - Yes, our destination is Albuquerque...you're right, it is a pretty part of the state. We lived in Amarillo, TX prior to moving to Alaska and made weekend trips to Santa Fe (was only four hours away) at least every two months...so luckily we already know we'll...
