    Cathe, Question About Your Well-Rounded Bottom!

    I always had a flat butt, and thick fat behind my thighs. But I have found that with "Heavy" weights doing squats, and lunges and pliees, my butt is little rounder, and the best part: the fat behind my thighs is almost all gone. I'm thrilled!! Now if only I could get rid of my belly!!

    decreasing thigh muscle size

    I've had thunder thighs for most of my life, and I've noticed a large difference lately that I have started doing my squats, lunges, dips etc. with heavier weights! I went from 2 12lb dbs to a 26 lb barbell to a 36 lb barbell and most recently to a 40 pound barbell... the heavier I go...
