    Your Next DVD

    So excited! I love both series. I am hoping though for a couple of low impact cardio workouts though, as I found CTX cardio too high impact for me on consecutive workout days. Can't wait! :D

    Yes! Got them yesterday, here in the Montreal area. Just tried the To The Max workout, with no Hiit, and love it! I think I'll try the Hiiit tomorrow!

    extended stretch in STS

    I did the extended stretch a few times, but then I wanted to stretch just the muscles I had been working. Ever since, I do stretch, but prefer to listen to my body and stretch what it tells me to stretch!

    I had DOMS the next day big time in my chest. I felt the soreness even with a simple 30 minute drive to work with my hands on the steering wheel :eek: I had never gone as heavy for chest as I did that day, but I am glad I got the extra barbell plates because ... I can do it!

    I love using the paper plates...they get me good! I am using lighter weights and gradually working my way heavier. I was so fried towards the end, and so I stopped just at the bonus work. Later this afternoon I want to give that part a go though, because I really want to try the plates again...

    You know you're obsessed w/Cathe when....

    I love it! When I announce I will be exercising, my three year-old will tell me what Cathe workout I should do by the colour of the DVD case! He then will go pick up my 1-pound weights and stretch his arms up high over his head! (That`s the only exercise he knows!)

    Hi Lorrie! Being a grade 1 teacher, may I suggest after teaching a few names of muscles, play a game of Simon Says with your little ones? Instead of "touching your nose", they can "flex their biceps" or "wiggle their gluteus maximus"! Good luck! Jennifer V
