    I love BM2! I love the music, it just makes me want to step. And I love the choreogrpahy in it to. It is so fun! It is also easy to modify to lower impact on those kind of days. I have a lot of Cathe's and this may very well be a favorite. It is standing the test of time.

    I did a circuit of STS Total Body--Upper Body Only Premix and Interval Max cardio. (My player has a dvd and vhs in one machine and I like to pop one of each in at the same time and make my own workouts. It is very easy to toggle between the two.)
