    Drill Max Clip does not work???

    I have high-speed internet connection, and have unable to view any of the clips without such extreme choppiness/stuttering, they are unwatchable. I've always been able to watch clips on this web site and anywhere else I go. It's extremely frustrating.

    Well, I can't view it at all. The choppiness just doesn't go away.:( I have a high speed cable internet connection, I downloaded the flash player off the link, and no luck.

    Power Hour is my all-time fav Cathe strength. How about a volume 2? You could call it Power Hour Reloaded!;-)

    Inner thigh work

    Cathe's Pure Strength Strong Legs and Abs has some killer inner thigh work. It's on the floor, with a body bar used as resistance. Ouchie! ;) Her newer Lower Body Pyramid has some really good inner thigh work as well, done with the stability ball, also on the floor. Hope this helps!

    RE: Difference between Muscular Endurance and Strength ... Here's how I understand it: Strength training enables you to lift your very heavy child. Endurance training enables you to carry that child for extended periods of time. Both are very valuable and necessary in everyday life!:)

    Boot Camp - My oh my!

    What helped me get through it was that Cathe was having such a hard time after some of the cardio sections. I figured if she was so winded, but could keep going, so could I! But with modifications for me of course!:7
