    STS: 2.0 update

    I'm really hoping for methods like back off sets (STS meso 2) and WAY slower lifting and muscle growth/recovery periods. Speeding through supersets makes me sore, but has never done a great deal for me in terms of muscle and/or strength.

    You've already gotten the best advice here in having a skilled colourist gradually go lighter, and without brassiness (they'll use proper toner). Also, get yourself some of that blueish conditioner. I started going white/not grey pretty young at about 24. I also haven't done anything at all...

    I didn't bother getting the regular ones as I knew they would be too short for me, as those things generally are. Do you mind me asking how tall you are snowlover? I'm just nearly 5ft8 inches, so not THAT tall but I have very long arms.

    Slow and Heavy Series still being used?

    Congrats!! Definitely still use S & H! It's in my top two of Cathe lifting routines/programs. My only 2 cents is that it's a method where you will require plenty of muscle recovery, IMO. Let us know how you get on!

    I don't have many JS dvds, but I do have this one. Yeh, agreed, it's pretty good.:) Thanks for mentioning it! I personally find balance work can be truly adaptable to all fitness levels.
