    KPC rocks but I love just about all of Cathe's kickboxing videos - rock em sockem was fun (not as intense as kpc). Kickmax is a bit tough with those drills at the end - but then again that entire series was nice and challenging.

    Anyone done STS with only Dumb Bells (no barbell)?

    I only have db at home and have used them just fine. I have 2 adjustable db that go up to 52.5# each so I can still go fairly heavy with chest, back, etc.
