    More Slide & Glide

    I did the slide DVD last night. The only thing I did not enjoy are the burpees. Going down to do the burpees and then jumping up gave me a headache. Do we really need so many burpees?

    Cathe Barbell- like the old Firm one

    I have that barbell! It is so padded and I have five pound weights on each side.

    More Barre!

    I love turbo barre but there needs to be more stretching between exercises. Also more cardio like those curtsie and crunches at the end.

    Name your fat spot! I did!!

    I have the same fat spot. Had to have surgery and now there is a scar and flab (like a flap) in my abs. Hopefully my workouts will solve the flap problem!
