    Good morning everyone!! We just recently moved from a place with carpet to a place with all hardwood. I was doing Step Blast yesterday and wow what a difference. I totally felt it in my knees and my feet were pretty sore when I woke up today. Are there any shoes that would help ease any of that?

    Hi! I have heard so many different things about how many times per week to exercise. What do your workout schedules look like? I'm trying the whole "3 days on, 1 day off" but I find myself feeling guilty on that off day! What do you guys think? What works better for you?

    When using MyFitnessPal am I supposed to eat the calories I burn when I exercise?

    This has always confused me! My goal is to eat 1300 per day but if I eat the calories I burn then it puts me over 1300. I don't know if that's right!

    I just saw a commercial for Ensure High Protein...and maybe I'm just having a chocolate craving but it looked deelish ;). One of their claims is it's only 5g of sugar. Do any of you drink Ensure?
