    You should do it. That was my first time doing STS and after 6 months I'm not sure what to do now that I'm finished. It just feels like it's become a part of my life. I definitely felt stronger on a lot of things when I did M2&M1 again, but those push-ups in M1 still kicked my butt!

    I just paid $89 for a barbell set at walmart in canada(bc). It has some lame name like EcoIron and it has the screwcaps, but I'm happy with it. It's a 10# bar with 4-10#s, 4-5#s, and 4-2.5#s (total 80#).

    I'm seriously considering getting STS, but have no idea what kind of selection of weights would be good to have. With 1RM I know it's different for everybody. So far, I can't lift very heavy. Does anyone have an approximate range of weights that would be needed?
