    I am also on an iPad and it only goes back to the all about legs video. I really like the Live classes and try to do one weekly. Hopefully there is a fix for iPad users to be able to access all videos.

    Leg presses, burpees, mountain climbers, dips and side planks. I will do at least one set if they are in a workout so I can say I did them.

    I aim for 5-6 days a week. On workdays I aim for 30-45 minutes and on non work days 30-90 minutes.

    If you go to the rotation forums you can find lots of great ideas. Check out fitness Freaks rotations she has them set up using Cathe DVDs but also has a generic breakdown. I find it to be a great tool to utilize my other workouts as well as my Cathes.

    How did you get free samples? I would like to try it but it's rather expensive. I used to use Designer Whey. Not to bad tasting and you can purchase it many local markets.

    I don't think it's my body as much as my brain. I tend to procrastinate getting up in the morning until the last possible moment and then my workout doesn't happen.     Thanks for all the responses. I exercise most mornings before work 5:30 am or there about. I aim for 30-60 minutes on workdays and an hour on non work days. I'm pretty consistent with four days but really want to break the mental wall and get to five or six days.

    First Cathe Class on the Webcam

    I downloaded the app for my iPhone, but it says Cathe is off air. I guess I will have to wait and hope it gets posted to YouTube.
