    @Debinmi I agree, this was my favorite article in recent newsletter history. The 1-5 rep range is not always accessible to us, especially at-home exercisers. Great to know that doing our best to achieve proper fatigue with higher reps can be just as good.

    I am also a huge fan of Dr Rhonda Patrick. I also really like Dr Gabrielle Lyon. I wish health insurance would cover CGMs more broadly in the US because you are so right about us needing to learn about how different foods affect our unique bodies to benefit our health and longevity.
