    Older Ipod Nano

    I have an older nano...4gig....model # A11999. I'm still wanting to download because I may be getting a new one in the near future. This nano does not play video....i'm not really worried about this in the meantime as long as I can hear Cathe's voice. Will it at least play the audio on my ipod?

    I don't doubt that at some point this has been discussed but I'm a little behind because I'm just ordered STS lol...Ok concerning the 1RM calculator...assuming you have calculated that you need some odd amount of weight like 72 lbs...or 13 lbs..how do you apply this to your weights?
